Pacific Lutheran University ~ Sept 23 – 25 – Tacoma, WA

Building a Campus of Mutual Respect:
Gender, Intimacy & Campus Culture

Date: September 23 – 25, 2017

Open to all Lutes

Join a remarkable group of students, staff and faculty as we jointly confront and dismantle personal and cultural patterns of gender conditioning, and together restore reverence across identities. Gender relations are in a state of crisis worldwide, as evidenced by rates of gender-based violence, dating abuse, and sexual exploitation on college campuses. Developed over 24 years and introduced on campuses from South Africa to Colombia, the Gender Reconciliation process draws upon principles and practices from the world’s wisdom traditions to empower students to jointly unravel gender and sexual conditioning without blame or shame, and reclaim mutual harmony, inspiration, and reverence between identities. Open to people of all sexual orientations.

This is a 3-day non-residential workshop.
