Another 100 people’s hearts have been touched! We had a very successful presentation at the United Nations – Commission on the Status of Women (UN-CSW) with nearly 100 participants who experienced ‘a taste’ of the Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GRI) process.
“Very moving. Tender and transformative,” one participant said.
“This was just what I needed! After sitting all week listening to presentations this session actually allowed us to talk with each other about our own experience. ’ said a UN representative.
Heartfelt gratitude to the presenters, Cynthia Brix, GRI Founder and Chaya Pamula, GRI board member. Thank you to Karambu Ringera for taking photos during the event and for her service as a GRI board member. A big thank you to Antonia Porter for writing and submitting the excellent proposal that gave GRI the opportunity to present at the UN-CSW.
