Youth

Young people are grateful to participate in GERI programs, where they find a forum in which they can speak openly and safely about their experiences of gender conditioning and sexuality, and the complex circumstances of living in a rapidly shifting gender landscape. GERI has conducted its programs for high school students in Etatwa Township in South Africa, drama club students in Colorado, youth leaders in Bangalore India, and young people at the Chrysalis Academy in Cape Town, South Africa.  Our work with the Chrysalis Academy applies the GERI methodology in a wide variety of student programs.  

Upcoming programs for youth include a forthcoming GERI workshop in December, 2018 at the Maher interfaith Ashram outside Pune, India, and the Sacred Heart High School in San Francisco, CA, January, 2019.
