THE WORKSHOP
Both women and men are affected by gender disharmony and each needs the other for healing and healthy relationship. This workshop provides a unique forum for men and women separately and jointly, to face the realities of gender injustice. Through dialogue and interactive exercises, contemplative practices and group process, participants engage on some of the most divisive and seemingly intractable gender issues.
The methodology is highly experiential and enables participants to openly share and address issues rarely discussed aloud. The process frequently leads to breakthroughs in mutual understanding, forgiveness and reconciliation.
